Probably one of my favourite supplements I have. I needed to add some of the ingredients into my routine to help with perimenopause and menstrual issues and these have them so I was able to try them out to see if they help, especially Red Clover Isoflavones that were recommended to me by a friend that she uses for balancing hormones. I feel like it may be helping already. I feel calmer, especially during my period which seemed to be a bit lighter.
They are easy to take and the pills are medium sized and best taken with a meal that has fat in it since it has Vitamin D in it.
I think for some of the benefits like what Biotin provides, it may take a bit longer to notice differences in hair, nails, etc. I haven't noticed nay change there yet but that always take a while for biotin for me.

My doctor recommanded it for my 18 months son (calculated with his weight even tho its written to be for 3-10 years) because hes been sick non stop & had 3 otitis back to back. I was sceptical at first but after reading the details/studies and claims, I gave it a shot. Hes been having such a better immune system since then, its crazy!!! It doesnt avoid getting sick from time to time but no more complication its seriously amazing. Im talking about this to all my mom friends. Try it if you’re fed up with respiratory complications & otitis!
