I love Estée Lauder and every year I look forward to picking up something from their summer Bronze Goddess collection! This eyeshadow palette is the only thing I’ve picked up so far this year, but I’m pretty happy with it! It comes with six eyeshadows, a highlighter and a blush.
The packaging is super cute to look at. I was expecting it to be a little heavier feeling, but it’s made of plastic. I love the tiny teal-blue detail at the clasp! And the fact that it comes with a large mirror is really nice.
The shadows applied nicely. I expected them to be a bit more pigmented, but I was actually really happy with how they looked on my eyes. It gives a beautiful, soft bronzed look. Perfect for summertime! I used the dark green as a liner along my upper and lower lash lines and it looks great! I think the blue would make a lovely liner as well! I only wish that the lightest shade (which is the only matte shadow) was larger. I like to use this kind of shade all over my lids to set my primer and give me a nice smooth base for applying other shadows. The cream-coloured shade is so tiny in this palette! I’m bound to hit pan very fast. But all the eyeshadows are lovely colours that apply nicely. The highlighter is very subtle for the faintest glow, and the blush is pigmented and blends well.

This is such a beautiful eyeshadow palette! The only other Anastasia eyeshadow palette I own is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Master Palette By Mario, and I far prefer this one! The Mario palette has only 3 matte shades and the shimmer shades look muddy when applied. This palette has a majority of matte shades making blending so much easier. The shades are beautifully pigmented. The tiniest pat of the brush yields major pigment on my eyes! I need to pat and then dab on the back of my hand before applying! All the shades are buttery and soft, and last all day on my eyes over my Too Faced Shadow Insurance Primer. This palette really spoke to me because of the colours. They really do suit the name soft glam, as there is nothing too bold or outrageous in here. They’re all just very pretty and can give a softer look or something high glam! I would definitely recommend this! :) -

It’s a deeper pink than I thought it would be, and from how it appeared on Sephora’s website. But I love it! It blends well and gives me a beautiful rosy look. It lasts all day, and I’m really happy with it! :) -

I recently purchased this, and I am absolutely in love! I have been wearing this everyday this past week with Charlotte Tilbury Luxury Palette in Golden Goddess. They look so gorgeous together! The sculpt/bronze shade in this palette leans a bit cool which makes it perfect for contouring, but it’s not so cool that it can’t also be used on the high points of my face to add some colour. It blends seamlessly! It appears to have the faintest hint of shimmer, but I can’t notice this on my face except to say that it makes my skin look beautiful. The highlight shade is great for me. It’s just the right amount of shine. It’s noticeable without being too in your face. It also blends well! The packaging for this is super luxe and for me, it is well worth the money! -

I have this in 07 Flirt Me Coral, and I adore it! I was on the hunt for a bright coral shade for summer to pair with bronze eyes and a bronzed face. This was lighter and less bright than I expected but is very pretty, nonetheless! The amount of shine it adds to my lip is unlike any other lipstick I own, and is almost as glossy looking as a lipgloss. But unlike a lipgloss, this feels amazing on my lips. I have perpetually dry lips, and his is so moisturizing! It also smells like some delicious peachy candy! I would definitely repurchase other shades of this and probably will sooner than later. :) The packaging is beyond gorgeous and luxurious! Highly recommended! -

I had previously tried a sample, which I would recommend doing because of the hefty price! I fell in love instantly! It really does smell like I would imagine the Mediterranean does. It’s fresh and lovely, and perfect for daytime. It’s very heavy on the neroli with some amber to soften it a tad. It’s just beautiful! You must smell this! I was worried my boyfriend wouldn’t like this as he prefers gourmand scents, but even he thinks it’s lovely. It lasts about 5-6 hours on my skin. Recommended as summer fragrance or for a beachy vacation. :) -

I loved how this looked on my skin. I have oily-combo skin with large pores, and often times foundations that claim to be full coverage or long wearing will sink into my pores or cling to dry spots. This did neither. It just looked lovely! It didn’t have that dry, flat matte look either. It covered effectively but still managed to look like skin! I did blot every 3 hours as my t-zone is very oily, and it’s outrageously hot and humid right now. Despite the high temperature, this foundation was still on my face at the end of the day! Pretty amazing stuff. I will definitely be purchasing a full size! -

I can’t rave about this mask enough! I wish it was less expensive, so I could stock up on it. I have oily-combo skin with large pores, but I’m 38 and anti-aging skincare is very important to me. Probably more important than controlling the oil on my face. I wore this mask for about a half hour before bed and used the extra serum on my neck, décolletage and the back of my hands. I could tell immediately after removing the mask that my skin was so plumped up and hydrated. It both felt and looked beautiful! And the next day, my skin was looking it’s absolute best, and it made my makeup apply beautifully! I didn’t get any spots or pimples from this mask like I have from some others. I will definitely be repurchasing this and possibly stocking up when there is a sale! -
Rouge Dior Couture Colour Voluptuous Care Lipstick
I like the formula of the lipstick however I found it moved a little when eating. Quite pigmented however I couldn’t see myself wearing again due to the insanely bold colour. It is not my style however that is just personal preference.
