This excellent serum comes in sleek glass packaging, including an easy to use dropper for precise and hygienic application. The formula inside is lightweight enough for daily use, with a cooling and watery feel that sinks into the skin instantly. Once soaked up, my face feels silky smooth, without any trace of tackiness or greasiness at all.
Furthermore, it calms my complexion, especially soothing the redness I mainly experience around my cheeks and nose. It brings moisturizing relief to my dry skin as well, which is especially notable in the frigid winter season where I live. In conjunction with Erbarian’s CC Red Correct SPF, they completely eliminate redness and even out my skin, while providing protection from harmful UVA-B rays!

This is hands-down my new favorite SPF and redness corrector; it literally makes redness disappear, even in the problem areas near my nose and cheeks! This pastel green formula has a creamy texture and takes a little work to blend it in, but I find with just clean fingertips I am able to effectively do so. Adding a dash more to my cheeks really makes sure the redness is covered in that area, too.
I also recommend to use this last in your skincare routine, after the red serum, but before makeup application. Overall, this corrector is very soothing, softening, provides a blurring effect, and evens out skin, but it’s quite versatile as well so you can wear it alone for redness relief and sun protection, or to create a nice even base for makeup!

Wherever you choose to set this handy and portable activity table up, it provides an ideal surface for homework, snacking, remote work or browsing on a laptop. It’s really convenient to both set up and put away as well, with a no-assembly-required design that simply folds flat, then easily stores against the wall, behind the couch, under the bed or in the closet. It also features an adjustable leg that lets you set it to the right height for you or the seat you’ve chosen.
We use it most as a remote work station while watching TV in the living room or bedroom; I prefer to write handwritten notes on it, and my partner uses it as a laptop stand. We appreciate the ergonomic angle of the tabletop, although it’s not adjustable, and the little lip that prevents the notebook or PC from slipping off. Setting it up and breaking it down are both reasonably quick, but it can take a little awkward positioning and extra elbow grease to slide everything into place. The button to adjust the table height can also be a pain to push in and move, but I think that may break in more over time. I definitely recommend it for anyone who likes to change their workspace often at home!

I’m really enjoying everything I’ve tried from L’Occitane so far, including their body oil, so needless to say I was excited for this Almond Hair & Body Fragrance Mist as well. Pairing this perfume with my Almond Shimmering Body Oil intensifies the delicious, warm aroma I already love. The fragrance features a top note of bergamot, a heart note of almond, and a base note of vanilla. Initially, the spray is intense, sharp, and spicy, but it quickly dries down into a more intimate scent that’s indulgent, warm, and sweet. Together with the oil, it not only leaves my skin hydrated and shimmery, but gives off a more radiant scent.
However, the longevity when using this mist on its own leaves a little to be desired, and just a bit more projection would be great. It’s also not a replica scent of the Shower or Body Oil, but rather a standalone product that’s more Bergamot-forward rather than almond, which I enjoyed, but I understand it may have disappointed some people. I hope this clarification helps! In my opinion, it’s especially nice as a hair fragrance, since I often find myself lifting and smelling my hair throughout the day. L'Occitane Instant Golden Glow with Almond Shimmering Body Oil is the perfect skin treat for the summer months. The almond scent is warm, inviting, and decadent, yet subtle enough to stay close to the skin. It takes about one pump to cover my arm, and the oil spreads nicely and easily. The shimmer is understated, but in the sunlight, it makes my skin gleam gorgeously. With fair skin, that golden radiance adds just a hint of color.
My skin feels more moisturized and soft after applying it, too, without feeling greasy or heavy. I usually apply it when going out, but it's also a fun way to treat yourself to soft, radiant skin at home as well. If there is any transfer, it's very minimal; I haven't noticed any issues, but I typically don't wear white, either. I received this complimentary from L'Occitane.

Small, foldable foot stools are never tall enough for some jobs, and it’s a pain to maneuver a full sized ladder in the house, so this step ladder has been the perfect answer for little chores that require a little extra reach. I’ve personally been using it to clean my windows, put away things in my cupboards, and it came in really handy when I decided to reorganize and clean my tall office cabinets. This ladder is incredibly easy to use and understand, folding and unfolding easily with a latch that has a comfortable molded grip.
It is rather tall when folded up, but very slender so that it can easily fit between our washer and dryer when we don’t need it. It’s also sturdy, functional, and pretty easy to move around despite its 11.4 pound weight. There’s a bit of rattling noise from the folding parts when carrying it around, but it’s rock solid once set up. The first step is plenty wide and grippy, and the second is a large platform that feels really secure to stand on, and while I don’t need it myself, the ladder also features a handy child safety bar to keep your little ones out of harm’s way. One issue I do have with it is that there are no soft pads on the feet, so it can potentially slide on hard floors or scratch wood & laminate, but it’s hardly a deal-breaker. Give this step stool a look if you need a little boost!

This limited-edition, sustainably-made perfume has been a delightful addition to my collection for Fall and Winter. It simultaneously smells sweet and tasty, yet warm and cozy, too! They’ve made the effort to go above and beyond by avoiding questionable ingredients, sourcing from local farmers, and designing eco-friendly packaging.
The initial burst is vibrant, fruity, spicy, and the delightful whipped cherry comes front-and-center while not seeming medicinal like other cherry fragrances I’ve tried in the past. It settles softly on the skin and doesn’t overwhelm, and after the initial spray it’s much more intimate with lingering notes of creamy vanilla. Don’t hesitate to spoil yourself with this dessert-like fragrance, I can’t recommend it enough!

Parissa Hot Wax Refill Pods were super simple to use, whether heating them up in the microwave, or using the Mini Pro Wax Warmer like I did. The size of the pods made enough wax for a session of removing hair on my legs and underarms. Once heated evenly and to the right temp, the wax was thick and easy to apply with the wooden spatula. It was simple to coat and apply, and as expected, just minimal pain when removing. It pulled all my hairs away without causing irritation and redness. I appreciate that the ingredients are simple, non-toxic and natural. I will definitely purchase more when I run out! -

I anticipated some learning curve with this wax warmer because I have never waxed before, but the instructions were actually very easy to understand. On my first attempt I waxed both my legs and underarms and it left them smooth with no irritation, redness or pain! I like the mini size of the warmer since it’s easy to place and store, plus it comes with a dial so you can control the heat and prepare your space at your convenience rather than using the microwave and hurrying over to your bathroom to wax. When it’s heated to a thick honey like consistency, scoop and smooth over skin and let it cool. Overall, I found it to be a fun selfcare experience that also saves money and time going to the salon, and I look forward to using it again! -

Although it was just a little sample sachet, the cleansing oil works in a big way to effectively and easily remove makeup. It has a light, runny and silky texture that when massaged into the skin lifts makeup and grime. When adding water, the formula emulsifies and effortlessly washes everything away. I didn’t find it at all cumbersome for my combo skin, nor did it leave any greasy residue behind, which I appreciate. Even a little of this in the morning before my makeup routine provides a healthy, nourished base for a great application. Furthermore, I enjoy the light, pleasant fragrance and how baby soft my skin feels after it’s washed away. Although a little pricey for a cleansing oil, I would definitely consider getting more since it worked so well with my skin! -
