I went to this store for the first time and it will be last. The fitting rooms were closed and my boys didn't have the opportunity to try on the pants. When they tried on them at home, these were too big for them even we picked the smallest size...   +

I went to this store for the first time and it will be last. The fitting rooms were closed and my boys didn't have the opportunity to try on the pants. When they tried on them at home, these were too big for them even we picked the smallest size your store carries.
My teenagers are tall but skinny. They offered a store credit but that isn't a solution for my family. We just need pants. Customer service at the store was really bad (Bluenotes @ Oakville Place). Your company needs to be flexible with your refund policy when your fitting rooms are closed.    -
