This worked great to keep my cramps at bay for a long time. The 400mg of ibuprofen lasted for my 12 hour day at work. I tend to get backaches along with my menstrual cramps and this helped alleviate both. I liked the fact that they are liqui-gels which make absorption faster. Within about 20-30 mins the pain subsided. The capsules themselves are nice and small and easy to swallow. Will continue to use!

This Premier Protein Caramel Shake was delicious. I enjoyed the caramel flavour and it reminded me of a caramel latte. I appreciate the high protein and low sugar content. Helps me feel less guilty about my sugar intake. I prefer the chocolate but the caramel was still good. I had it as a quick breakfast on my way to work. Will definitely recommend!

This drink is great for the upcoming holiday season. It is that classic Ginger Ale drink with a hint of cranberry and a beautiful pink colour. It tastes yummy on its own or in mixed drinks and cocktails. The bubbles are just enough as well. I appreciate the diet version as an option for no calories and sugar. Really enjoyed it!

I have personally added one to my emergency makeup bag! Since they are single wrapped they do not dry out. They are so soft to the touch and removes all of my makeup very well.
