The mist is used before makeup application, after a moisturizer or after makeup application to set makeup. I use it periodically through the day for a little pick me up! Feeling fresh always!! -

It focused solely on depuffing and restoring radiance. Less for dark circles, although some of its ingredients do target that. A+ product. -
