The blueberries are real, you can taste and feel the crunch of the crust (in the best way possible). My family (who also loves vanilla) really enjoyed it as well. I can envision many evening on the desk having this. -

I think being more eco-conscious is important. I have a reusable tea filter that works just the same and i don't have to throw anything out. It's good for rush or packing for work, but i would strongly recommend investing in a reusable one.
