I gave this product 4 stars because it did taste good and it made a decent iced coffee, whether I brewed it directly over the ice or let it sit and added my own ice. The flavor never got watered down and could rival an iced beverage purchased from a coffee shop. So, it was definitely good and I would recommend it, however, the reason it didn’t get a full 5 is I have had other at home coffee products that I have made before, not brand specific, and they yielded very similar results in that they made a good quality cold (or hot) coffee. So, up against different brands or flavors, whether it’s meant to start out as cold brew or you turn it into an iced coffee yourself, I didn’t find a ton of difference. Having said that, looping back to my original statement in this product and only this product, yes, it made a good over ice cold brew coffee and you wouldn’t be disappointed. I would certainly purchase this product again. -

I received this free from ChickAdvisor and I was happy to participate as not only could I use help with my gums, but who doesn’t want their teeth a little whiter? So, the pros: very easy to open, no mess, not sticky, doesn’t fall off the toothbrush. The minty freshness of it is very strong and I felt it kept my breath fresh for hours. The whitening aspect isn’t the normal ingredients in whitening toothpaste, which is great because that is what can sometimes cause sensitive teeth and side gums. So now the minor cons- I didn’t expect that I would suddenly have white teeth but I haven’t noticed too much of a difference. I may need to keep using it longer for this to really take effect. The main aspect of this toothpaste is gum restoration and again, maybe more time will tell, but I haven’t noticed a big difference. Lastly, the price point— not great, but I realize it’s a specialty toothpaste. Those are the reasons my review was a little lower, however, I would still buy this product and recommend it, because right from go, my teeth still felt cleaner, I had less sensitivity and it left my breath fresh for a long time. So I would give this a thumbs up and say to go for it. -

I received a trial of Clarins Double Serum from ChickAdvisor and I was very happy with this product. It feels light on the skin and worked for my sensitive combination skin. It was fast absorbing and had no oily or sticky residue. It has a very pleasant, slightly sweet but not overwhelming smell. After using this product, even the first time, my skin felt good. It gave me a subtle glow after the first use and an evenness and more smoothness after continued use. I would definitely recommend this product. While I didn’t necessarily notice a major change(and I didn’t expect I would) I still noticed a difference. It made me feel good about my skin and it would be a product I would want to buy in the future. -

Both on a body sponge or in hands alone, it lathers up nicely and doesn’t take much product to get a good clean, though it is better with the sponge. It smelled very nice, though not overpowering and left a fresh, lingering smell post shower. I would buy this product and I would certainly recommend this. -

As my headline states, I was expecting more from a lash plumping mascara. I did receive this free from ChickAdvisor, but I was completely disappointed. It did nothing different than the many other similar mascaras out there. I certainly wasn’t expecting it to look like I had giant, fake lashes but it just looks like my own, normal lashes. I found it also clumped easily and it was quickly black under my eyes, without even putting much on. Not something I would buy or recommend, unfortunately. #covergirl #crueltyfree #simplyageless -

If you aren’t a fan of very sweet ice cream, I would stop reading this as this may not be a product for you, but if sweet is your thing, you’re picking the right flavor. I myself am a fan of sweet and I really enjoyed it; sometimes I only needed a bite or two to satisfy my palette. If you plan to open the box and take slices out of it, then the packaging won’t feel like an issue, but because it’s a box, once you start opening the carton more and more, it can start to become a little sticky or the box doesn’t want to close back up as nicely so the packaging isn’t my favorite style. Nutrition wise, it’s not terrible. I have found most ice creams seems to be a 125ml serving, but this one is 188ml, so taking that into account, it’s 170 cal, 7 grams of fat and 14 grams of sugar. I personally still only took the standard 125ml, so the nutrition was lower and I still felt satisfied. Flavor wise, I also wouldn’t necessarily guess this was cotton candy, I got more of a bubblegum taste. My husband said he narrowed it down to “sweet” and not necessarily a discernible flavor at all. As I said however, I am a fan of sweet and I still really enjoyed it but if you’re looking for an exact replica of a cotton candy taste, which I think can be difficult since it’s basically a ball of sugar, this might not be the exact flavor for you. I would definitely recommend this product, I would most likely buy it again and I am certainly going to eat the rest of what I have. -

I was excited to be a part of the Joico Zero Heat Air Dry styling Creme for fine/medium hair campaign but I was mostly disappointed with this product. The minor positives— pleasant fragrance and it was not sticky or greasy in your hands or your hair. The major negative for me was that it did nothing. I have naturally wavy/curly hair and for me, it actually seemed to flatten my hair, not enhance it. I followed the instructions and it did not reduce the drying time on my hair, it did not reduce any frizz, and as I said, unfortunately it did nothing to enhance my natural waves. It looked limp and lifeless. Personally, I would not recommend this product or purchase it again. -

Thank you ChickAdvisor for letting me be a part of the Motrin Super Strength liquid gels campaign. Unfortunately, I did not find them helpful for pain of any type, menstrual, muscle or headache. I also find the value to be pricey for the product because it’s brand name and there are other products that can do the same thing and cost less. Having said that, while I wouldn’t choose this product again for myself, I will say some positive things. The liquid gel is small, easy to swallow, you only need to take one and while it didn’t work for me, it worked well for my husband for headaches and knee pain. When it comes to personal use for me however, no I would not use it again or recommend it. -

I was very happy to be a part of the Motts Fruitsations Unsweetened +Fibre campaign and it is definitely a winner! I love applesauce, so a chance to try flavored applesauce with the benefit of fibre was even more enticing and I certainly wasn't disappointed. It actually didn't taste merely like applesauce and you were trying to find the tropical flavor, it tasted like a tropical treat and you're wondering if you're sure it's actually unsweetened, healthy applesauce! Personally, I've used it as a dessert with a light meal, a snack in between meals and in my smoothies and I haven't gone wrong yet. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone, young or old. If you're not a superfan of applesauce, this is still a great product to try because as said, it tastes like more than your run of the mill applesauce. Definitely two thumbs up! -

I was lucky to be a part of the campaign for Batiste waterless cleaning foam. I got the coconut scented product and it smelled so lovely in my hair. It was very easy to use, almost like using mousse, but no sticky residue, no greasy feeling and when I was done, my hair looked and felt fresh. I have used other similar products before, but never a foam. I would definitely recommend this over some of the spray in ones that leave color or white residue that you have to brush out. Not to say that some of those products don’t work as well necessarily, however this product was quick and easy use to use and the scent was really pretty, not overpowering at all. I definitely give a big thumbs up for this. -
