I drink so much caffeine it is really important to me to cut back a bit to help with anxiety, jitters, etc. I crave that hot cup of coffee multiple times a day and yes even before bed. I love that I can still have that warmth, positive feeling without the caffeine boost, especially at night. The flavour is really nice and all natural ingredients make this a perfect substitute. I loved my experience with it and am sure that I will continue to crave this delicious product over my traditional bedtime coffee.

It is a taste sensation that I just couldn't get enough of, I wanted more right away. It feels like a special treat I'd add to my fancy charcuterie boards. Both my husband and I tried Espoh acid reflux therapy sachets after carb rich meals to help aid acid reflux and heart burn. I like the idea of single sachets, very convenient to use. We followed the directions and neither found this product any more beneficial than traditional antacids. The smell was not pleasant and it didn't taste great either. It tasted like what we would imagine paint to taste like. I'm sticking with my usual, if different flavoring becomes available I'd consider retrying this though. -
