This is not a light cream what so ever. It says extra thick because it is. If you suffer from dry cracked heals, raw skin, or eczema this is for you. Its dermatologist recommended and rightfully so its a great product. I put it on my body every night and i put it on my feet and wear socks to bed. My skin is extremely soft and smooth in the morning.
If you aren't into heavy creams stay away but if your looking for a good night cream for the body this is your best bet!

During my journey to healthy hair I started only washing my hair once a week. Although I suffer from extremely oily hair (especially in the summer), and extremely dry scalp (in the winter) I was struggling to find a good dry shampoo that didn't make my dandruff in the winter worse. Also, I should mention I go to the gym 4 times a week and in the summer I work outside in a physically demanding job so a good dry shampoo is key for me. I was pleasantly surprised trying this product as I have tried expensive ones from sephora and this is hands down better than any of those. For a fraction of the price and allowing me to go a week without washing my hair you can't go wrong. -

I have had extremely dry and damaged hair due to over processing and not taking care of my hair properly. My hair started to break off, it was brittle, dry, damaged, and frizzy. My hair dresser recommend this whole line to me and it changed my life. My hair has grown healthier and stronger than ever before. I am having new growth which I haven't seen in years. When I do not use the anti snap treatment I can see and feel the difference in my hair. I cannot live without this stuff and I think its worth every penny.

It says its supposed to be hydrating but I have not seen any positive results. I also don't have overly sensitive skin and this stuff after a week broke me out in hives on my cheeks and neck. That has never happened before.
I would not recommend for sensitive or dry skin.
