I recently had the chance to try out the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies, and I’m excited to share my honest thoughts so far.
First off — the taste is amazing! If you’ve ever tried drinking straight apple cider vinegar, you know how intense (and let’s be real — unpleasant) it can be. These gummies completely change the game. They’re sweet, tangy, and genuinely enjoyable to take. I actually look forward to having them every day, which is a huge plus when it comes to sticking with a supplement routine.
As for the benefits, I’ve only been using them for a few short weeks, so I haven’t noticed any major changes yet. That said, I’m hopeful! Goli promotes these gummies for things like digestion, energy, and immune support — all areas I’m definitely interested in boosting.

The fact that this product has no scent is one of the best things about it. I do feel in the short time I’ve been using it my skin tone is evening out. My only issue is you have to put a good dollop on and rub it in on both sides of your face at the same time or it seems to get sticky and impossible to smooth out. I will continue using it until it’s done and then decide if I should buy one since this one was provided free for giving an honest review. -
