I was lucky enough to be able to test Blue Lizard SPF 50 sunscreen stick from Blue lizard and Butterly. This is a great chemical free sunscreen. It's 100% vegan. This product is insane while it goes on a bit white, it works its way easily into the skin just like regular cream sunscreen. I love the mess free application for kids. I was given the opportunity to try these overnight spot patches from PanOxyl and Butterly. The very night that I got them. I had a pimple pop up. Probably from eating leftover Easter candy. Oops. I popped the smallest size patch on to the pimple and it stayed fixed there overnight. In the morning once I took the patch off I noticed that any of the goo that had been on my pimple was now gone. The pimple was still red but less bumpy. This kept me from popping my pimple like I am normally tempted to do. However, I would like these patches better if they also reduced my redness a little. I'm not sure if there is something in the product that my face didn't like, but the pimple area is still quite red. It is also a little bit red around the pimple where the patch was on. Still, I think these patches are worth it if only to keep me from picking.

Like many people, we're trying to buy Canadian. These vitamins provide an option to do so. They are manufactured in the USA but they are packaged and distributed in Canada.
I didn't love chewing these because they got stuck in my teeth but letting them dissolve under my tongue worked better. The flavour is ok for vitamins. I liked that the packaging was made from recycled products too.

It calmed the red blotches way down and worked into my dry skin. Overnight, my skin cleared up dramatically. I love that Hereward Farms is Canadian too. Thanks for letting me try this!! -

I like the concept of this toy. It's fun to hatch out new friends to play with and take care of. It was fun watching the little creatures come out of their eggs. While I didn't love the colour mess, my son thought it was fun, so I was ok with it. What I didn't love quite as much was the amount of waste these toys had. Once the creature had hatched, the egg portion was essentially garbage which I hadn't expected. I had hoped it would all just sort of dissolve. Then, adding in the playability of the toys which honestly, wasn't as great as they could have been, I found that there was just a lot of waste and as someone who tries to be environmentally friendly, these just weren't a hit on my book. My child quickly lost interest in the toys after the hatching. I've passed them along to someone else's child who I am hoping will enjoy them. Perhaps it just wasn't our thing!? Spinmaster makes a lot of other great toys for my kids. -

I tried Drydex Dry Time Indicator Spackling kit for free in exchange for my honest review. I found this kit really handy to use. I loved that the spackle went from pink to white so I could tell it was totally dry. It was a good consistency, and provided great coverage. I was able to easily sand it smooth and my wall was ready to repaint in hours. It was a little dusty but overall it wasn't a huge deal. I would absolutely buy this again.

I was given the opportunity to test out Band-Aid brand pro heel bandages. I really enjoyed how waterproof these bandages were and how well they stayed put. They did seem to help speed up healing a bit. However, the thing that makes them great also causes a bit of a problem occasionally. While these Band-Aids stick really well, the healing gel that is added to them, them can also stick to any scabbing that has formed. And if your wound is not fully healed and you remove the Band-Aid too soon, it can pull the scabbing off. Overall, I really did like these bandages but you need to be prepared to wear them for a while or risk pulling the scab off. -
