I have very thick and heavy shoulder length hair which does not allow for a lot of volume at the roots. I followed the instructions and shook a little of the powder into my hairs before massaging my scalp with it. It instantly added volume at my roots and I was able to achieve a nice voluminous curly hairstyle instead of my usual weighed down waves. I also want to mention what incredible value this product is. I found it online at Shopper's Drug Mart on sale for $4.99. I remember back in the days of Jersey Shore and the Snooki poof higher end brands were selling their powders from $20-40. You also only need a small amount so the bottle is going to last a long time! -

I used this hairspray while curling my hair last night and I've never had such a wonderful experience curling my hair by myself! I would spray each section of hair with the hairspray before curling it with my curling iron. The first thing I noticed was the scent! It is not overly scented but has a nice fruity/sweet scent to it. Secondly, there is no sticky mess with this hairspray and it does not leave the crunch that some hairsprays cause. I will be recommending this hairspray to all my friends, family, and followers. I also just looked online and found it on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for $4.99! Such a great value! I've tried a lot of the higher end hair sprays like Dry Bar and they just do not compare! -

I used this deodorant every day for one week. I will start off and say I was not a fan of the scent I received, Sage and Vetiver. It smelled similar to when you first walk into a health foods store but the scent did dissipate within a few hours after applying. Which brings me to my next point, the instructions on how to apply this product. It suggests you apply the product by letting it warm up to the skin. This confused me so I applied it like a regular deodorant using a swiping motion. I will say that it did leave my armpits smooth which I believe is due to the hemp seed oil in the deodorant. It's also a bit pricey for deodorant, $10.99. I will not be repurchasing but will continue using it until it's all gone. I would recommend it to friends but it just wasn't the one for me. -

I received a free bottle of this in exchange for my review. I have been on birth control for three months and my period has worsened since going on birth control. I get horrible cramps 2-3 days before my period. Going on birth control also cause me to gain weight, mostly in my chest, which has caused worsen back pain during my period. I have been taking the gels during my period and with 10 minutes my cramps and back ache/pain have subsided. I will continue using this as my preferred pain medication during my period. -

I received a free coupon from Chick Advisor and Canada Dry to test and review their limited edition Cranberry ginger Ale. I was very excited to try this products as I thought it would be wonderful to mix with vodka during the upcoming holiday season and I was right! The drink had a perfect combination of cranberry and ginger ale and it didn't taste as if one was overpowering the other. I like that it comes in diet as well in case you are wanting to avoid the extra calories/sugar. -

I love that they are organic cotton. I did find the applicator to be a bit rough to insert but I can forgive that seeing as it is a plant based applicator and better for the environment. I didn't experience any leaks and I found I wasn't going through these tampons as fast as other tampons I've used in the past. -

I've tried a few other "natural" feminine care items before and these rank at the top of the list. These pads are extremely comfortable. They stay put and do not move/shift around. I do not experience any leaks no matter how heavy my period is. While they are pricier than other feminine care brands like kotex, tampex, always, I feel like you can tell the quality is better. Sometimes when I go to remove a cheaper brand's pad from my underwear it ends up tearing in half, with half the pad in my hand and the other half still stuck to my underwear. I also find that these pads do not acquire the same odor that some of the cheaper brand's feminine care items do. -
