The best way for me to describe this flavour is that if you closed your eyes and blindly tasted it, you would truly feel like you were eating a delicious butter tart with creamy ice cream on top. This flavour has so many layers, there is the creamy ice cream base, the saltyness of the pecans and the sweet caramaley flavour from the butter tart filling. There are generous pieces of tart crust, and crunchy pecans. The texture is creamy and smooth but the morsels are such an excitement for the taste buds! this is my ideal flavour profile in an ice cream so i couldn't recommend it more! -
