I've purchased many types and brands of melatonin and I believe that Nature's Made Time Release Melatonin is exactly what it claims to be. I was taking 10mg to 12mg of regular melatonin from other brands and would wake up during the night not able to sleep. After trying this brand and the time release tablets I am so happy to report that I truly sleep all night. They work so well! I share with my friends and family about how well it works. I am so pleased that 5mg of these tablets works and I don't have to take extra doses at night to sleep. -

I am so happy to report that this does the job and holds up to every promise made. It is long lasting and waterproof. It smells so good and is smooth going on. Secret is a brand I trust and I am so happy to have a waterproof deodorant to take with me to the beach. -
