I did not notice much relief from the few symptoms that I thought was caused from perimenopause. I am only 42 years old and I was told by many people that they think that was the issue. So, to be honest this may work wonders when I really need it...   +

So, to be honest this may work wonders when I really need it but if your not yet at that stage of life, don't use it.
