This dry Shampo works quite well, It is very fragrances but not bad smelling. The only drawback is it leave a white powder residue if not massaged in really well.

I have been drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast for years now. It doesn't keep you full the longest but tastes great and does the trick for the time being. Great for non-breakfast eaters and gets you out the door feeling satisfied.
