Maybelline New York Great Lash Mascara
I used this mascara for a very long time and then noticed that it would leave black marks above my eyelashes and therefore have since changed my mascara. It's a cheap and effective mascara but doesn't really give volume or anything like... +
I used this mascara for a very long time and then noticed that it would leave black marks above my eyelashes and therefore have since changed my mascara. It's a cheap and effective mascara but doesn't really give volume or anything like that. It pretty much just paints your eyelashes. I do recommend it as a quick fix and of its price. -
L'Oreal Cashmere Perfect Foundation
This is the only drugstore foundation that I have found so far that actually provides heavy coverage. I love that it covers everything and how it does not go oily on my skin, however, it is very heavy!! I guess I can't have it both ways - heavy... +
This is the only drugstore foundation that I have found so far that actually provides heavy coverage. I love that it covers everything and how it does not go oily on my skin, however, it is very heavy!! I guess I can't have it both ways - heavy coverage and light-feeling. It finishes to a powder look and you don't have to set it with anything. It is pretty pricey and you dont' get much, but a little should go a long way since it's heavy coverage you shouldn't need as much. It's also pretty hard to blend becaue of the thickness and you have to scrub a bit to take it all off. But I still love it if you have those nasty acne scars (like me) and haven't found anything to cover them. This will cover everything. -

I thought this product would be great! Unfortunately it's too oily for my skin. After I put it on it was great and I put finishing powder on, however, 2 hours later my face is very oily and I had to re-apply this makeup through the day, so to me it's not infallible. -

I do not recommend this for people that need heavy coverage and need to hide imperfections. It also does not last long, but powder is powder and any powder will wear off easily. It gave light coverage and if I put a ton on it got up to medium but never to heavy coverage. -

I absolutely LOVE Proactiv. I used to have really severe acne about 4 years ago and had to be put on special medication to get it under control. Anyways, I still get the odd zit here and there and swear by the repairing lotion by Proactiv. I actually only use the cream and don't bother with the rest of the kit. I recommend it to everyone although it works for some and not for others. It dries out my skin horribly but I only use it once in a while when I have a breakout or just want to dry my skin out to kill the breakouts and/or prevent them. I absolutely love this product! -
