I found this to be average. It tends to be on the dryer side, and not as creamy as I expected and I do not see a difference when applying this. To be honest it makes my liquid lipsticks look worse

This is my all time favorite mascara, I have short and straight lashes and this lengthens, and volmizes without weighting down my lashes throughout the day. More on the wet side. And does not flake off. However this is not waterproof
