The package says it may take 6-8 weeks to see results, which means 1 -2 months of use to see if this will work. I got the package on June 21st and started taking it right away and I believe I have seen (rather, felt) some progress. I have felt my hot flashes lowered a bit and the night sweats as well. I am hoping by the time I'm done with the pack, my symptoms will be all but gone!
