This stuff actually works. I picked up the TheraBreath Whitening Mouthwash just to try something different and I’ve been using it consistently for a while now. Right away I liked that it doesn’t burn or leave that weird aftertaste like a lot of other mouthwashes do. The taste is light and fresh — kind of minty but not too strong — and it leaves my mouth feeling super clean.
What surprised me is that it actually helped brighten my teeth a bit. I drink coffee almost every day, so I’m used to a little staining, but after using this regularly I noticed my teeth looking more even and clean. It’s not like a crazy whitening strip kind of result, but for a mouthwash? It does more than I expected.
Another thing I noticed is my breath stays fresher for longer. I don’t get that dry mouth feeling either — it’s not harsh at all, which I appreciate. I’ve tried other whitening rinses before and most of them either taste gross or leave my mouth feeling dry and weird. This one just feels way more balanced.
Definitely going to keep using it. It’s one of the few mouthwashes that actually makes a difference without being too much.
