My daughter was not a big fan of the taste so I had to sneak it into her water and that worked better for us. The taste as expected is a bit strong but nothing that you can't overcome. I personally did not notice any improvement in my daughter but I am happy to continue using it to make sure that she has adequate iron in her diet. -
