This tablet is made with vitamin d , biotin, passionflower and red clover extracts and help aid in a number of things. I have noticed a better mood, and healthier hair and nails. It is easy to take along with a glass of water at mealtime. It has a light, sweet earthy taste. I can picture myself continuing to take this supplement as I see some benefits after only taking it for a few weeks and also, am dreading experiencing the symptoms that do come with peri menopause.

I enjoy taking my vitamins in gummy form (makes it easier to remember to take because they're like a small treat). Sambucol's Black Elderberry Triple Immunity Gummies are a great way to get necessary vitamins D and C. Much needed for bone, brain and immune system health. These particular vitamins, although it has no added sugar, are sweet but also very sour. I love sour things but for some, it may be hard to take. These are definitely a great option for me.

I have used body oils previously but I am more likely to use a rich cream or moisturizing lotion to keep my skin hydrated and feeling comfortable. When first trying this body oil, I was unsure I'd like it. I was afraid it would be too greasy. Fortunately, it does absorb quickly and you end up with your skin feeling soft and comfortable, a beautiful, subtle shimmer, and pleasantly scented skin. Warmer days are here and I do think this would be a great alternative to your body lotion.

I absolutely love this perfume! I find it to be very delightful as well as versatile. Perfect for wearing for any occasion, during the Holidays, Valentine's day, all the seasons, etc. The scent reminds me of sweet berries. Slightly musky. Very feminine and flirty. The travel size is great because you can take it when traveling, to work, to the gym and if you have a big enough bag or pockets, take it when you go out so you can retouch. I would give it 5 stars but it is not as long-lasting as I'd like. I feel I do need to re-spritz more often than with other perfumes. I am okay with this however because again, I love this scent!

I love the fact it is water based so you get a wonderful, lovely scent without the smell of alcohol. The nectarine petal perfume is sweet but light and not overpowering. I think it's the perfect scent for Spring or Summer.

This is yet another product that was passed down to me by my parents. This cream is amazing! It has a light, wonderful scent and is the only cream/lotion that keeps my face and body moisturized throughout the day. I cannot live without it.

I don't think Nutella is a healthy treat but it's perfect for weekend morning pancakes. Spread Nutella on the pancakes, top with delicious strawberries and enjoy with a side of coffee or almond milk. Yum!
