I use this myself personally and it works. The key is to not rinse right after but instead to spit out the paste after brushing. You want to keep the active ingredient on your teeth for it to work. -

I wear waterproof mascara daily and every make up remover I have used requires a lot of rigorous scrubbing to remove all of my mascara off. My friend recommended Pond's cold cream and I was a bit skeptical. However after massaging the cream over my face and eyes, I was surprised at how effective it was in removing all of my waterproof mascara and the other make up I had on. This product also made my skin feel super soft. -
