I am vegetarian so getting my daily amount of protein is very hard, I eat one of these before I work out and it gives me a huge boost of energy. I purchased mine over a year ago, and I use it 2-3 times per week and it has lasted very long. It is slightly expensive, but it is a higher end foundation and the coverage is great! Overall, definitely a great summer foundation but avoid at all costs during winter months! -

I used this shampoo for about 2 weeks and did not notice a difference in my hair being "quenched", it still was very dry. If it was on sale I might purchase again, but full price this product is not worth it at all. -
