Knorr Selects Brown Butter & Sage with Penne Pasta
I appreciate that Knorr Selects Brown Butter & Sage with Penne Pasta does not contain preservatives, artificial flavours or colour and that it is gluten-free. These are all important considerations when feeding a family. It is a tasty vegetarian choice for a meat-free meal. The nuttiness of the brown butter and the earthiness of the sage pairs perfectly with the penne pasta. However, I found the dish lacked overall flavour. The bits of carrot added colour to its otherwise bland appearance. It took a little more time to prepare than I expected, but the directions were not difficult to follow – easy as 1, 2, 3. This is a welcome addition to budget-friendly meal planning. The recipe suggestion on the package is terrific for days when I have no idea what to cook. I would definitely consider adding spices, vegetables and a protein to give it some pizzazz. It is a great building block for a meal.
I intend to buy Knorr Selects Brown Butter & Sage with Penne Pasta in the future. I also plan to explore the many other Knorr Selects products that are available.

This is a very yummy dish. The rich and creamy texture of the white cheddar sauce combined with tender pieces of broccoli in every bite, made this dish a hit with my family. I appreciate the use of whole wheat pasta for a healthier option. Knorr Selects takes mac and cheese to a whole new level! It is a quick and easy side dish that compliments any meal. It can be served as a side dish or as part of a main meal. There is no added MSG which is imperative for someone in the family with an allergy to it. I also like that it Includes a recipe suggestion for days when I can’t think of anything to make for dinner. I plan to add this to my meal menu on a regular basis.

Just combine fresh or rotisserie chicken and the suggested vegetables (or the vegetables of your choice) to create a simple weeknight dinner. The dish has a subtle lemon and garlic flavour that is not overpowering. The well-balanced, savoury seasoning compliments the chicken. The barley adds a pleasant texture.
The suggested addition of carrots and spinach creates a complete meal. The preparation instructions are quick and easy to follow in just 3 simple steps. I will purchase Knorr One Skillet Meals in Mediterranean Lemon Chicken with Barley and other flavour varieties again. I am definitely a fan.

Keurig English Breakfast k-cups are my new favourite. The k-cups are convenient and easy to use - pop one into the Keurig machine and hit the "brew" button for the perfect cup of tea. It has the distinct full body flavour of a traditional steeped black tea. It has a subtle sweetness to it, without a bitter aftertaste.
A quality product at a reasonable price.
I highly recommend Keurig English Breakfast k-cups for anytime of day or any occasion.

Schwarzkopf Root Retoucher: Dark Brown
The first thing I noticed was the lack of instructions on the label. I found this to be rather odd. However, it was not difficult to figure out how to use the product.
I applied the root retoucher in short bursts. The first few attempts caused sputtering and splattering on my face and neck. I was holding the bottle away from my scalp in the same manner as I would when I apply my hairspray. After several applications it seemed to clear the nozzle – I wonder if there was air inside the nozzle causing the bubbles and splatters? I was able to easily remove all traces of the overspray with a damp washcloth.
I'm curious whether a different stye of nozzle would improve the output/application; perhaps a pump spray bottle top like the ones on non-aerosol hairspray or on an aerosol can? It might provide a finer mist enabling the user to apply a more controlled spray.
The spray dried almost instantly which was ideal as I was able to immediately brush and style my hair without noticing any streaking or clumping of the product on my roots. There was no noticeable odor during application.
I was slightly disappointed in the actual colour of the root retoucher spray when I applied it. It was much darker than I expected – more to the very dark brown/black colour tone. I would prefer a slightly lighter to medium range of brown shades. I would use this particular colour on the under layers of my hair but not on my part line, as the contrast might be too obvious.
The colour washed out completely and easily without leaving any remaining residue. My hair was clean and ready for a fresh application.
It did provide adequate coverage of my regrowth. I also have thinning hair and it seemed to enhance and give the appearance of fuller hair. Overall, I was very pleased with the final results.
I would definitely recommend this product for root touch ups and for those with thinning hair.

COVERGIRL brand has always been my one and only brand for mascara. I was really excited to try the new total tease wand. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. First, the wand deposits too much mascara on the eyelashes, causing them to clump together. Secondly, the tease brush doesn't work well. It seemed like it was in the way even after several attempts to use it. The position of the tease brush makes it awkward to use. It might work better if it was located on the tip of the wand. The brush style intrigued me, so I decided to give it a try. Other than the cute packaging, I have to say that I was disappointed with this product. It's unlikely that I will purchase this particular masccara again. -

Couldn’t taste orange or banana at all. The pineapple may have masked their flavours. Reasonably priced, nutritious snack. I love the bonus of added fibre. Just the right amount of sweetness when those sugar cravings call out.
Refrigerated – Enhanced the tart pineapple flavour. I detected a hint of orange while eating it cold. I still could not taste the banana. However, this certainly doesn’t take away from the enjoyment. It makes a refreshing treat on a hot summer day.
I will definitely buy this flavour again. Perfect size for a quick portable snack..

I found that refrigerating this flavour enhanced the tartness of the fruit. The tartness tended to mask the actual flavour of the raspberries. My personal preference is to eat it at room temperature.
