Before i began taking this, i was having to change my sheets every other day, literally. Because i was sweating that much. My moods were more unstable than the loose snow on the mountain, and i would get bloated off and on. My nails were so weak i was constantly bending them backwards or breaking them really short, and my hair seemed to be stuck and wouldn't grow hardly at all. But in just 1 months time, my hair had grown a good 4 inches, and i only know this because i can clearly see my dye line lol. My nails are not only stronger, but actually growing out to and I'm having to file them every few days. I'm not noticing as much bloating, and i'm not having to change my sheets but once a week now. I've not really noticed much improvement in my moods but that could just be because theirs now to them than just pms, or could mean i just need to take it liner. Only time will tell. I received this free sample so i could give my honest opinion, and i can day that i definitely like the product. I see a considerable difference compared to before i took it and the differences are great enough to actually notice without thinking about it. I am honestly impressed and will continue to take this product and back it with my full support. I highly recommend ant woman who's even slightly experiencing pms symptoms, to give it a try. You'll be glad you did!
