I’ve been using Myoflex Extra Strength for muscle pain, and as a mom of a young toddler, it has honestly been a lifesaver. Lifting, carrying, bending, chasing… it all adds up, and my back and shoulders definitely feel it some days.
What I like most is that it’s odour-free. I don’t want to smell like a strong menthol cream while cuddling my little one, and this doesn’t have that overpowering scent. It absorbs pretty well and doesn’t leave a greasy mess, which is important when you’re constantly on the go.
The relief isn’t instant magic, but it does ease sore muscles and makes it more manageable to get through the day. I usually apply it to my lower back or shoulders after a long day, and it helps take the edge off.
If you’re a parent constantly carrying a toddler, this is definitely something practical to keep in your cabinet. It won’t replace proper rest (which we all know is rare with little kids), but it helps you function when you need to.

However, while it ticks some boxes, it doesn't quite stand out among the competition. Personally, I find myself reaching for my CeraVe cleanser for everyday use, as well as my DHC oil Japanese cleanser and Biore Japanese cleanser. These alternatives seem to do a more thorough job of removing impurities and dirt from my face. While NEUTROGENA® Ultra Gentle Daily Foaming Cleanser is reliable, it doesn't quite reach the same level of efficacy as my preferred cleansers. -
