Although I do not wear them every day, I've done my fair share of walkin' around in them. So yes they are worn out some but still sturdy and reliable. c: -

COVERGIRL Clean Pressed Powder

I got this product in the Oil-Control (blue label/container) and I am so glad that I did. Though I do really have dry skin it has a tendency to turn tremendously oily, and fast. I'm not really a huge foundation person so after my moisterizer, this is the product that I use on a daily basis. It gets rid of all the unwanted shine in my T-zone area and gives me a really fresh matte look at te end. I've never really completely my look for the day with out this product and it ideal for my touch-ups when my skins starts becoming oily again. Not sure how but it really does do its job of absorbing all the unwanted oiliness. Not to mention I absolute adore the plastic (glass-looking) packaging, it's so cute and it come with a quality powder puff that's definitely NOT limp and flimsy like a lot of other ones. It really lasts and doesn't fall apart on you. This product lasts for a really long time too, I've had it for a few months now and the bottom isn't even visible yet. My favorite part about this product is that you can really layer on as much as you want without getting that super powdery-overdone look. If you're on the fence, I would definitely encourage you to buy it. -

Just recently a friend of mine gave me this product in 'Radiant Blues' and I was so blown away. I really wasn't sure what to expect, It had been a while since I've last tried Covergirl's eyeshadows. All I can say is that the company has definitely been stepping it up. All the olors are so vibrant and shimmery and the combination of them all really create a very alluring evening look. My favourite color of them all is the highlight (shade #2) which really goes well against my dark skin and makes my eyes pop. I don't even have blue eyes and the palette works perfectly for me! I really encourage everyone to try out this series. The only con to this product for me is that the darkest shade really requires some layering but with the help of a good primer, you'll really enjoy this product as a whole. -

The smell is just absolutely nauseating and the product is so gunky, it's all just so disgusting. I really don't care for this product. The only thing it really has going for it is the packaging, which I find adorable. -

I've heard a lot of good reviews about the Nivea Kiss of Moisture lip balm so but I went out to the store to purchase the product I was hopelessly tempted by the Kiss of Shimmer. Wish I hadn't been. Overall it's an okay product but it doesn't give me the moisture that I desire. It's a light bubblegum-pink color that just tends to sit in the fine lines of the lips and just give your lips a really dry and cracked look. I have found a way to make it work for me by layering on top of a lipgloss so that it just adds the right hint of pearly shimmer. In my case, I wouldn't advise using the product alone. Despite the negative tone of the review I would recommend it, probably to someone with naturally light pink lips. -

In the past I've heard some about this product, when it was first released, but I was never really interested. I thought that it was like all those other overhyped about mascaraa that you see the ads about on tv; you know, the ones that promise the impossible. That was until I was sent one free, courtesy of Seventeen Magazine. Let me just say that my mind was blown. I had tried dozens of mascaras in the past that only served to dissapoint me. They promised sexy, full, dramatic lashes but only delivered lifeless, limp, and clumpy ones. Covergirl's Lashblast Volume is the only mascara that I have found so far that really delivers on its promises. It gave me exactly what I have been craving for- volume. The more coats you layer on the fuller and more dramatic your lashes become; and because I have really plain brown eyes it has really given my eyes the "wow-factor" that they need to stand out. Ever since this product has become my one-and-only lash go-to. -
