I’ve used this on a couple of meals and it adds a perfect honey heat that is a delicious addition to top off a meal.
I served it on a wood fire style pizza slice with fresh basil. And then, pictured a sourdough Sousa grilled cheese with crushed avocado chilis and drizzle of the Halifax Honey. 10/10 I’d have this over and over again.

I’ve only recently started taking this - provided to me through a testing opportunity (I did not purchase).
I haven’t noticed significant changes but overall am feeling good. My sleep is improving and I’m keeping track of other improvements.
The main ingredients are ones I’d use as supplements and so this is a convenient way to take them.
I’ve still got half a bottle and I’m interested to see how I feel at the end.

I like the spray on aspect for an even coverage and hard to reach places like my shoulders and back.
I find it leaves a cloud when you spray so close your eyes and hold your breath.
I will keep on using it as I have perimenopause cystic acne in spots like my décolletage, neck and back.

Sarna Bug Bite Patches
Easy to use and effective! I like these handy little patches! The packaging is minimal, and it is easy to grab a patch and apply it. Once applied it takes away the itch and you can forget about that bite :)
