This vitamin was relatively easy to incorporate into my routine but I did struggle to forget at times as you need to take it with food and I usually eat much later in the morning/afternoon. I once took it on an empty stomach as I was going out for lunch and I felt awful.
I don’t know if this is helping me at all, but I am the only one in my family who is not sick so… maybe this is helping.

Zarbee's® Children's Complete Cough + Cold Syrup (118ml)
My kids love this cough syrup and despite no longer being ill, they’re still asking to have some in the morning and at bedtime. I highly recommend this product to caregivers as it is loved by children and effective.

I really like how my skin felt after using this product. I have sensitive skin and thankfully, my skin didn’t break out. I can’t use it every day but if I use it every other day, it leaves my skin feeling pretty soft.

The pads left my skin feeling very blotchy and I broke out after using it. It may have been too much for my sensitive skin. I would not recommend it to people who have sensitive skin.
