I've noticed a difference since using this product for more than 10 weeks. I used to have lots of hot flashes, especially during the night but now I've seen an improvement. It's easy to take and I will continue to use it.

Especially if you're trying to find a sunscreen to put on your body- this spray version makes it so much easier to spread. The quality feels good as well, it doesn't get oily on my skin and isn't sticky like how some sunscreens are. I'm so happy with this item! -

I was very pleased with this product, it worked on my first try! My pimple size was reduced the next day. I also like how big the patches are because they cover the pimple well. I was afraid that it might fall off when I sleep but it stuck really well and did not budge, which was great. I would suggest using it on bigger pimples because from my experience that's what they worked more on.
