The Eatable Poppin’ Popping Rose All Day Popcorn was really fun to try. It’s a little on the sweet side for me and I probably would’ve enjoyed it better if it was just slightly less sweet. The fruity, rosé flavor is really nice though, and not too strong.
It’s gluten-free and made with no artificial ingredients, which is a nice change from a lot of other confectionery popcorn brands. The popcorn itself is soft and easy to eat, making it really enjoyable. Overall, it’s a unique, tasty snack and definitely worth trying at least once if you like sweet, fruity flavors.

Lovely presentation, the packaging is beautiful and very eye catching. The flavor itself isn’t bad, but I would have enjoyed it better if it was less sweet. The popcorn isn’t as crunchy as others I’ve tried, possibly because it’s made with coconut oil instead of canola. The chocolate flavor is quite subtle and the sugar crystals literally pop in your mouth with the saliva. Natural and healthier ingredients than most popcorns out there for sure! Overall, it’s okay, but it didn’t really wow me.

The scent is amazing, you can really pick up on the peppermint and rosemary right away, which makes the scalp feel fresh and soothed. The serum is made with castor oil, rosemary, peppermint, Vitamin E, and a blend of lightweight plant oils. It’s designed to support scalp health, stimulate hair follicles, and hydrate dry strands without leaving buildup.
I noticed a small discrepancy in the directions: the box says to leave the serum for a minimum of 2 hours, while the bottle says up to 2 hours. I went with the minimum and actually left it for 24h.
I noticed my hair washed nicely where my hair felt less dry already.
After rinsing and drying my hair with cold air (since it says not to use hot tools), my hair felt softer, shinier, and healthier right away.
I love that this is a product you can feel working from the first use, but it also keeps improving scalp health and overall hair strength with consistent use. It’s proudly Canadian and Indigenous-owned.

perfect for many recipes. I had to hold myself from having more because 1 slice is already 50 Calories :-) I really enjoyed it and recommend it!

It’s smooth and not overly sweet, which I really appreciated. Super convenient too: just open the can, pour, add ice or warm it up and ready to go. And yes, I confirm it's non-alcoholic! Just 25 calories per 100ml (before adding anything else).

I’ve been trying out the Goli Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies and I must say — the taste is surprisingly pleasant compared to traditional liquid ACV. I love that they’re vegan, gluten-free, and made with real apple cider vinegar, so it feels like a convenient and gentle way to get some of those benefits.
However, one downside I’ve noticed (especially now that I’m closely watching my calorie intake) is that each serving of 2 gummies contains 25 calories, and the suggested use is 1–2 gummies, three times a day. That could add up to 75 calories daily, which starts to feel a bit inconvenient when you're trying to stay within a strict food budget. Those are calories I could be using for more filling or nutrient-dense foods.
Still, if you’re not tracking every calorie or just looking for a more enjoyable way to take ACV, this is a great option.
