So I gave the Blue Lizard Sunscreen Spray a try recently, and honestly, it’s pretty good! It’s a mineral sunscreen with SPF 50+, which made me feel way more protected than with some of the lighter sprays out there.
What I liked:
• It doesn’t feel gross or greasy on the skin, which is a big win. It absorbs well
• Easy spray bottle makes applying it quick especially helpful when you’re in a rush or reapplying at the beach.
• No weird scent, and it didn’t irritate my skin at all, which is a huge plus for sensitive-skin folks.
A few downsides:
• You do need to rub it in, so don’t expect it to be a totally “spray-and-go” kind of product.
• It’s a little pricier than some other sunscreens
Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice if you want something gentle, effective, and easy to use. I’d definitely keep using it for beach days or longer time in the sun!

Honestly it’s been pretty solid. I’ve been pairing it with better eating (more veggies, less fried stuff) and some light workouts, and my cholesterol numbers actually improved a bit at my last check-up. Nothing dramatic, but enough that my doctor said to keep doing what I’m doing.
I haven’t had any weird side effects—no headaches, no stomach issues, nothing. It’s easy to take, and I like that it’s a natural approach. It’s not a miracle pill or anything, but if you’re consistent and willing to make a few lifestyle changes too, I’d say it’s worth trying.
