American Girl Doll
American Girl Dolls are expensive, but they are good quality. They are more flexible than knock-off brands and are clearly made higher quality. My daughter loves playing with hers.

Instant Pot 6qt, 6 in 1
I like having my instant pot to throw items into and be able to not worry about it. It does take a while for the pot to come to pressure, so it isn't always faster. There are lots of recipes online, which is awesome.

Hatchimals twins
My daughter enjoyed these at first but got bored quickly with them. She plays with them very little now. They also can be kind of loud, which seems to frustrate her too.
