Tho the conditioner is fairly ok, the shampoo is terrible. I don't notice my hair being any cooler or having less brassy tones. The shampoo stains your hands and bath blue due to the blue pigments. It's not convenient nor effective. A fairly expensive and usless product for me. -

I've been using this as directed. I wash my hair about 3 times a week. It's impossible to properly wash your hair and not stain your hands and nails blue. Even with using a head massaging scrubber my hands still came out blue tinged and it's not easily removed. I noticed no changes in the colours or hues of my hair. This did not diminish red tones. I wasn't a fan of the product as it's impractical and not effective. Doesn't even smell that nice to use just for scent purposes. -
