I purchased the BE Radiance Rocks a little while ago, and have been trying it out every day since! It's one of those great purchases that makes you feel good you bought it, everytime you use it. It was a little pricey, but well worth it. The product will last and last.
This is an all over face colour.....there are 3 pressed mineral "rocks" in the container, one is a pink tone, one is bronze tone and one is an earthy tone. You use the kabuki brush included in the set to sweep and swirl over the rocks to pick up the sheer all natural colour. What you get is a lovely, sheer, natural glow. I use it like I would a bronzer, I apply it to my cheek bones, a little on my brow arches and just a dab down the centre of my nose. The end result is a nice, natural looking all over glow.
It's so sheer, and that's what I love about it. You can also easily build up the amount you put on, and it remains natural looking. There are no sparkles, or glitz and glam.....it's just enough coverage to make you look healthy and glowing from within! You can also pick up each individual radiant rock and apply directly onto skin for more colour.....I tried this once and it was a little too much for me, I prefer just using the kabuki brush to apply it. Which by the way, is a lot softer than some of the other BE brushes I have tried!
Love this product!...and the fact that it's all natural....would highly recommend it!

I would recommend this product for a couple of reasons, and I would not recommend this product for a couple of reasons, and this is why:
1. the colour choices are excellent, everything from soft greens, dark blacks and maroons...
2. the design of the product, makes it really easy to achieve the smoky eye look, plus some helpful hints on package.
3. price! you can't beat the inexpensive price
4. Ease of use....it comes in a double ended tube.....one end has the lighter, all over shade of shadow and is rounded...the other end is more tapered and has the darker shade of colour...both blend very well together in creating the smoky eye effect. You apply the shadow directly to your eye lids, no brushes needed....
What I didn't like about the product was the lack of colour saturation, I found you really had to put a lot on to create the smoky look, and after only a few hours it was all in the crease of my eyelids anyway. So the over all quality I look for in a shadow just wasn't there. Now, having said that, I would definitely use a shadow primer the next time I use this and hopefully that will help keep the shadow in place longer.
I also found the colours to be a bit too sparkly when I put them on, something I didn't notice when looking at the colour choices in the tubes. I don't think I will be buying the product again, it is a little too gimmicky for my liking, but it was fun to try.

I have been on the search for the perfect mascara for me, for quite some time now. I think I must have at least 10 or 15 tubes of everything from $2.99 to $40.00!! Ok, maybe not a $40 tube, but almost....I was looking for a mascara that would not smudge, which in all actuality, I have never really had troubles with, also one that wouldn't flake, one that wouldn't clump up and give me 3 enormous sticky eye lashes! One that was easily removable with cleanser and water, one that gave me volume and length in one formula, and all in a gorgeous velvet blackest of black colour!( I believe you can find products that work for you and you don't have to spend tons of money on it , and in some cases the extra dollars spent are truly worth it.)
Found it!! I had read so much about this one from Dior called "Iconic", that I had to try it. Very happy I did, and I am pretty sure I have found my perfect product mascara in this one!
The formula is thinner than most, which I believe helps in the non-clumping department.....the brush is not so large that you feel like your going to poke your eye with it, it's bristles are compact and close together, which I believe helps in separating each and every lash. The brush pulls out of the tube and there is no sticky, clumpy mass of extra product you have to slide off of it before you can use it. It's just comes out clean and ready to go! The tube itself is a generous size, and so it should be for the price. It is expensive, but it does exactly what it says it will do......with the added bonus of curling your lashes too! It's an all in one product: lengthens, thickens and curls.....and it does all 3 w/o clumping!! Which in my mascara books is the number one thing I look for!
Never had it smudge or flake and it comes off easily with my cleanser.....I would buy this mascara over and over again. It is definitely worth the money!! You can put coat after coat of the DiorShow Iconic on and it will not clump....it builds easily and you can have everyday lashes, or put on a few extra coats and go for the false lashes look. I love this product!

Don't quote me on the price tag....can't exactly remember now, however! It's completely worth it!
What I love about LM's Foundation Primer is that it comes in an oil free formula, and it's not all heavy duty on the silicone's. It's extremely light weight, is absorbed quickly and creates a sheer, non-shiny, non-luminous texture, upon which to apply your foundation.
Apply a pea-sized amount using your finger tips and let it absorb for few minutes before applying your foundation, or tinted moisturizer, and it keeps your face flawless all day! No mask like feel that some primers can give you, and no oily T-zone by lunch time either.
Love this product....highly recommend it for those who like a light weight primer not heavily based in silicone's. Another Perfect Product award goes out for this one!

I have been reading about this tinted moisturizer for quite sometime now and finally bit the pricey bullet and picked one up at a Sephora store in the US.
I am so happy with this product! I love it! It does exactly what it says it will do....gives a sheer, light tinted, flawless cover, with a spf of 20. I bought it in the oil free formula, in nude. It's so light, and so sheer, you can't tell your wearing it at all. It does not get oily and shiney by the end of the day either. You apply it with a one of LM's sponges, and it goes on so effortlessly, it blends extremely well, and you can build the coverage up as you go, but it will always remain sheer and light weight on your face.
I love that it provides a natural, sheer cover with an spf of 20. It sets nicely, and lasts the entire day without touch-ups with some settting powder. If you need more cover, or a heavier foundation I would not suggest this tinted moisturizer, it's simply too light and sheer for all over coverage.
I have worn it alone as my only daytime moisturizer, and I have put on a little extra moisturizer before applying it, and I don't end up with a shiny/oily face by mid-day.
I am hoping I can get this in Canada because I am hooked! Perfect Product award goes out for this one!

Thanks to the product review club, I received my free Vaseline Sheer Infusion, in the Vitamin formulation about two weeks ago now.
Firstly, let me comment on how wonderfully the product was packaged. I received my free full sized sample of the product, plus one to give to a friend, wrapped up in a lovely white "hat box" type box. A very nice added extra detail! Couldn't have come at a better time too, having just returned from a friend's wedding at a resort in the Caribbean, I was in need of some new moisturiser to help with the drying effects of sun and sea.
My first impressions of Sheer Infusion was that it is very sheer....I put it on right after I showered and immediately noticed how light and fast absorbing it was. The scent was a little strong for my liking, I would prefer the option of an unscented version.( Everything is scented these days, and it's hard to not end up leaving the house like a human room atomiser!) I will say that the scent is light and fresh, not floral...more citrus. However, it would still be nice to have it in an unscented version. That being said, I can say that my skin can be sensitive to some perfumes and scents, but the scent in Sheer Infusion did not cause and irritations for me.
The moisturising effects lasted a full 24 hours, and I never once felt greasy or sticky with product....the scent mellowed out after a while too. I definitely felt the effects of having well moisturised skin, without the heavy residue that some products can leave behind.
I have been using the product on my legs, because they tend to be the driest area of my body in the winter months, and I am pretty sure the sheer moisturizing effects are helping to keep what little tan I managed to pick up while down south.
Over all I was thrilled to be chosen as a product reviewer, and am very pleased with Vaseline's newest body lotion. It is indeed sheer and does go on soft and soaks right in with no residue. Based on my use of the product for the past two weeks I can highly recommend the it, but for those that do not like their body lotions scented, wait for the unscented version to come out.

I am, like most women out there, a big fan of BE foundations. I have been using the regular BE mineral foundation for the last two years. I have good success with it, and love the fact that it's free of harsh chemicals.
So, naturally when the matte formula came out last summer ( I believe it was then that I first saw it advertised) I wanted to try it because I suffer from an oil slick of a T-Zone, esp. in those humid summer months. I ordered it online (Sephora), and was not let down by the product at all. I like the new design where you can click open the dispensing area, closing it again when you are done, but I don't find that it's absolutely fool proof for spillage. Whatever product you haven't used is usually left sitting on top, and it's hard to get it back into the little tub again. However, a great improvement on the packaging just the same.
I am finding with the new matte formula I get more coverage with it, it seems to provide more of that flawless look everyone is after. It's almost as if the matte formula is more dense than the regular BE. Now for the oil absorption factor:.....I have to say it does give me a matte finish for almost all of the day, I still get a little bit of shine near the end of the day, but no where near what I was experiencing before. I didn't give the formula 5 stars just for this reason, and I realise everyone is going to experience different levels of oil control with it, some better than others. I can experience a very oily T-Zone at times and it can be hard for any make-up to contend with that.
I give the foundation itself 5 stars because it's not full of harsh chemicals and scents, and it does help to control shine very well. But the packaging still leaks and spills even with the new "Click Lock Go" component, so I won't be putting it in my make-up bag to take with me. I use BE's refillable kabuki brush for that. Price?...well, this matte formula is worth it, and I have paid a lot more than that for foundations that didn't perform half as well on me as this product does.
I am really happy with it overall, glad I purchased it and will continue to use it to help give me an even matte complexion. There's really no hints to give about using this formula, just apply it exactly as you would any of BE's mineral foundations. I did notice the other day that it is now available at Shopper's Drug Mart Beauty Boutiques too....which is awesome!

This is something I use everyday now. I was introduced to using brow wax when I received a little sample of it with a purchase. I never really thought about using brow wax until I actually started using it. I can' t recall how much I paid for it...but the Shopper's with the bigger beauty boutiques in them have it. I don't think it was any more then 20 to 25$'s. You get quite a bit in the little pot.....I use it everyday and have been for the last 3 or 4 months now, and there is still plenty left!
I use it everyday.....the Smashbox Brow Tech Wax works really well to hold your eyebrows in a nice shape throughout the day. You can use it over eye brow colour, or just on it's own. I use it on it's own....I like the nice little sheen it gives my brows. The wax is never crumbly, or goopy, it's a creamy smooth, colourless texture. It just gives a nice, groomed appearance to the over all eye makeup routine.
Definitly one of my fave Smashbox products! Highly reccomend it! It's very easy to use, you just need a good eyebrow wax, or eyebrow colour brush, and a little goes a really long way.

This particular Buxom Babes lipgloss came in a set of 4....a collector's set called "Winter Escapade". I originally bought it to be divided up for stocking stuffer's. I ended up keeping one of the colours for myself because I loved it so much. I put it on and was amazed at how long this lip gloss lasted!
I have never used a lip gloss with such staying power before. This stuff lasts and lasts, even while drinking from a water bottle I was amazed at how long this formula stayed on. I am not sure if all the BE lip gloss's stay on like this, or if they have the really minty bite to them like this one does. But the staying power of this particular one is enough to make me want to try other lip gloss's from BE.
This set of 4 is gorgeous by the way! Very nicely packaged, it would make a super gift for anyone that loves a high quality lip gloss. The colour choices in this ensamble are fun....full of sparkle for the winter, and can be worn alone or over top of your fave lipsticks to add some glittery shine. All named after the winter festive season...."Merry", "Hope", "Holly" and "Joy"......reds, neutrals, pinks and clear...all with high potency shine and glitter!
I am not usually a fan of glitter or sparkle.....yet somehow this set works for me, even tho I am just keeping the one. They aren't cheap or cheesey.....and they feel amazing on the lips. There is that strong minty bite, and most importantly........ the formula lasts!

I love this lipstick!!...I have it in two shades right now....#203, "Berry Exciting" and my fave colour, #704 "Spicey Pink".
There is a lip smoother in the middle of the lipstick which makes it feel a little tingley when you put it on. It's to help smooth out fine lines on the lips and add extra moisture. I am not sure if the fine lines are being smoothed out on my lips when I use this, but the colours are lovely and they last!
I put on my lip balm first, Carmex, and then I put on this lipstick and it lasts a good few hours or more before you have to reapply it. The formula is rich, smooth, and has a hint of shine to it. There isn't any flavours or heavy perfumes in it, and it stays on your lips where you put it.
I have tried 25$ lipsticks that did not perform this well, or have the gorgeous colour saturation that these Loreal ones do. I am a sold customer! This lipstick is the right amount of moisture and colour all in one!
