i had never tried essential oils before i was invited to be a part of the doterra essential oil experience. going into it i knew nothing about essential oils and so far i’ve learned that essential oils are compounds extracted from plants through distillation. Inhaling the aromas from essential oils can stimulate areas of your limbic system, which is a part of your brain that plays a role in emotions, behaviors, sense of smell, and long-term memory. so far i have tried 4 different oils, serenity, wild orange, peppermint, and vetiver.

vetiver essential oils is known to improve stress, depression, and anxiety
