It's nice enough. Not expensive at all, in fact you can buy it from The Pound Shop but it is waaaay too harsh for most people's skin, not just sensitive skin.

I've never had a bad experience with any of Burt's Bees products and this lip balm is no exception! Super moisturising, not greasy at all and best of all, it smells amazing.
