I don't get sick very often, but when I do I usually try a supplement with Vitamin C and/or echinacea. I've tried the Sambucol lozenges before and I'd say these taste similar, but in a chewable/soft form. Texture wise, they are kind of gritty, but they don't stick to you teeth. Taste isn't overly sweet, which is a plus to me.

It's claims are many...whitens teeth, protects sensitive teeth, prevents cavities, helps prevent plaque, fights tartar, freshens breath, helps repair early enamel damage, helps reduce early gum damage. I would agree with all with the exception of the last three. I thought it tasted terrible and didn't give me a fresh feeling. I would say it felt clean, just not minty fresh, which is what I prefer. I have no idea if it helps with early enamel damage or gum damage as I don't think I have issues with those. -

I don't even wear heavy makeup either. My skin felt like I used baby oil on my face. No thanks. -
