When I first received this product I was not sure if I was going to like spraying my mouth like this. But surprisingly it wasn’t that bad. Has a good flavour . But I think I’ll stick to the patches and fake smoke sticks.

If you are a gum chewer this is a great option for quitting smoking. Personally I am not a gym chewer so I find the mints and fake smoke sticks more to my help.
