I really loved this toner, it cooled and soothed my skin, and took off any traces of makeup or dirt that the cleanser left behind (which wasn’t much because the cleanser was so good), and you don’t need to use very much to get a cotton pad wet, so it will last for a while, which is great. It even took off leftover eye makeup including mascara, and didn’t irritate my eyes or my skin at all. It doesn’t have much of a smell that I noticed, which I prefer. After cleansing and using this toner, my skin felt so clean and comfortable. A great find!

What I like about this cleanser is: a little goes a long way, just 1 pump gives me plenty of lather to cleanse my whole face, which means this bottle will last for quite a while; it smells good, not too strong; it feels good on my skin, gentle but effective, and takes makeup off well. It says not to use around the eye area, which for me is a bit of a pain because then I have to use a separate cleanser to remove my eye makeup (but I used this anyway and just kept my eyes tight shut and rinsed really well, shh don’t tell anyone, lol!). It really needs to be used with a moisturizer after, as it dries my skin a bit, which I don’t mind because I always moisturize anyway. Overall, a great cleanser, I’m impressed.

I received this product for free to review through the Product Review club. I found it was a nice conditioner, I don’t have a whole lot else to say. It smells very good, like lavender obviously, but not nearly as strong/overpowering as the shampoo. I used it every day after shampooing and found it helped to keep my hair soft. It goes on kind of slippery so I found I had to use more than I am used to, but it rinsed off quickly without leaving residue behind or feeling sticky. I would definitely buy this again if I I was buying the shampoo, they go well together. -

I received this product for free to review through the Product Review club. I like this body wash, it smells really great like lavender, not chemical but natural smelling. It lathers well on a shower puff, though I did find I had to use a bit more than my usual brand. It is designed to rinse off quickly to conserve water, which it does, not leaving behind any residue, but also not really moisturizing your skin, so after I towel dried my skin felt a bit dry and in need of some lotion. I might buy this again, if it goes on sale. I like that it is made from more natural products and the smell is heavenly (at least in my opinion, not everyone will like lavender), but otherwise I just found it was an average body wash. -

I received this product for free to review through the Product Review Club, and I’m really glad I didn’t review it right away based on my first impression. I wash my hair every day (I know, “Gasp!”, right? Well, too bad lol, it’s what I do) with the same shampoo brand I’ve used for years, full of good ole chemicals for “moisture”, which makes my hair stay soft and silky. So this was my first time switching to a shampoo made from plant-based ingredients (essential oils), so I didn’t know what to expect. Well, for almost the first week, here was my thoughts: it smells SOOO strong, and makes my hair feel like straw. But then I got used to the smell (very strong lavender smell, not chemical, but smells natural, just strong, from the essential oils), and now I love it, it’s one of my favourite things about my morning shower now. Mmm, lavender. I also realized over time that my hair started to feel less like straw. I don’t know a lot about the use of oils in beauty products, but what I do know is they’re meant to lock in moisture, not produce moisture. So my thought is, my hair was probably so dry on its own but I didn’t notice because of the chemical ingredients in my shampoo, but when I stopped using it and switched to this one, my hair feels as it truly is, so now that I’m using a more natural shampoo, my hair is becoming happier a little at a time. Does that make sense? Well, the moral of the story is, I just really like this shampoo now! So if it makes your hair feel like straw, don’t give up right away! It may soften over time, as mine did. (Also, use the conditioner every time you shampoo, that helps a lot too!) -

I received this product for free to review through the product review club. I liked the vanilla much more than the chocolate, I have to say. It only has 1 gram of sugar, which I love, but still tastes sweet enough to be enjoyable. It filled me up more than I expected, after having for breakfast I wasn't hungry until lunch time, which amazed me for just drinking a shake! I probably won't buy this in the future simply because I was hoping to use it to replace the bars I buy - when I'm out all day and need a protein boost between an early lunch and late supper - which I can't because it needs to be refrigerated, however I do recommend it because it's a tasty and filling protein boost! I would imagine the vanilla especially would also be good in recipes but I didn't try that. -

I received this product in chocolate and vanilla for free to review through the product review club. Honestly, I didn't have the highest of hopes for this to taste good, as most brands of protein bars that we've purchased taste bad in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised! Both flavours only contain 1 gram of sugar, but I found them to be sweet tasting, a little like the taste of pudding. Vanilla was definitely my favourite, but chocolate was also good. The texture was smooth, not chalky. I was also unsure how full I would feel compared to eating a bar, but I had one for breakfast and didn't even think about being hungry until after 12, which is very good for me. (I'm used to eating a good sized breakfast with eggs and a bagel or something.) It was perfect for those rushed mornings when I need something fast and filling. The only "negative" thing I will say, is it has to be refrigerated, which I guess makes sense because it's a shake, and probably wouldn't taste great at room temp, but not very handy for on-the-go, which I was hoping to use it for. (When I'm out all day and need a boost between an early lunch and late supper - that's when I bring a bar with me, but this wouldn't work for that.) I didn't have a chance to try these in any recipes, but I believe they would be good for that also. All in all, a very good product that I recommend! -

I've used this spray many times. I used to work cleaning houses and for many of my clients, this was their bathroom cleaner of choice. It works amazing to clean scum in showers and even toilets, very powerful. I will say though, make sure you have a fan on or the window open or both, because it's very potent, strong smelling stuff! Unfortunately I can't use it in my house because it bothers my husband's allergies (and even mine a bit in our tiny bathroom), and I also prefer to use natural products, but if you can handle the smell and you need a good chemical cleaner, I recommend it highly, especially for the price. -

I received this product for free to review through the Product Review Club. Honestly, I was super excited to try this - after all, who doesn't want their produce to last longer in the fridge? I know I do, less waste, less $$ down the drain! However, while the concept seems legit, in practice it doesn't really work - at least for me it didn't. I tested this for 2 weeks using mushrooms. The first week I followed the directions - removed original packaging but didn't cut or rinse them. After a few days I was seeing some brown spots, which seemed to me the same time frame as when I leave them in the original packaging. So the second week I tried an experiment - I put half the mushrooms in the container and kept half in their packaging. By the end of the week, both batches looked identical. I really wanted this to work, and if it had, I was prepared to fork over the cash to stock my fridge with these, but unfortunately that won't be happening. Glad I was able to test it first! The label says their claim to keep produce fresh up to 80% longer is based on strawberries, which I would like to try - couldn't find any for a reasonable price lately, but if I get a chance in the near future and it makes a difference, I will be happy to update. For now, though, I would say, save your money. If you want to use plastic containers, other cheaper ones would work just as well. -

I have nothing bad to say about this cleanser - it smells good, the package is attractive, you don't need to use a lot (1 pump is enough at a time), it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin that is prone to breakouts, it takes off all my makeup including eye makeup, and the price is good. 2 thumbs up! -
