I received this product free to test a while back. I found myself surprisingly pleased with it and how it performed! My skin is usually pretty dry (dry combination skin depending on the season), so charcoal products aren’t the best option. It is obviously an option better for oily or combination skin types. This however was not overly drying, nor as irritating as other products I’ve tried. It left my skin feeling noticeably smoother, and less blackheads on my nose after extended use. I think it is a great option for my summertime skin routine for sure, especially how affordable and accessible it is. -

I bought this from Walmart when I was in need of mascara. It was only around $10. I can honestly say that cover girl makes some of the highest quality drug store mascaras around. The packaging is noticeably cheap, however the actual quality of the mascara is great for what you are paying. Lashes are noticeably longer, thicker, and brilliant. If anyone is looking for an affordable or quick option, I highly recommend this mascara! -

I received this product in a beauty subscription box. My skin is super dry especially in the winter season. This product works really well on it. It kept my skin hydrated for days after use. It was super light and non-sticky, and smelt really nice. It is a bit out of my price range at $66 at Sephora, however for how well it worked it might be worth picking up and using sparsely. Keeping it in the fridge does make it lasts slightly longer, in addition to applying not using your hands. -

I received this product free to test. I have fine, curly, medium-dark brown hair. The purple colorista was hopefully going to bring some edgy color to my hair. This however didn’t work as well as I had hoped. You almost have to dry the color into your hair with the blowdryer. This caused my hair to feel super dry and crispy. Not good look, nor great for keeping your hair nice and healthy in my opinion. In the end, it was also barely noticeable. It maybe would be better for someone with blonde or very light brown hair. Overall, I probably wouldn’t repurchase. -

Constantly looking to try new products that will add moisture and hydration to my skin, especially during the winter months. This product just didn’t cut it for me though. I found that it sat on my skin, and didn’t really absorb well, thus resulting in oily skin and breakouts! I was really disappointed with how it performed. St Ives usually works well for my dry sensitive skin, however this one was not a winner, even for the affordable price. I do not recommend.

I use this shaving gel everyday for shaving. It starts as a gel, and lathers as a foam on the legs. It makes things a lot easier. It makes sure that I get every spot on my legs when shaving. It also keeps the legs super smooth and comfortable. Better than dry shaving. You can use it in the shower or bath. If no time for either or, legs can be wet slightly with this over it to reduce ingrown hairs. It is super affordable too. I will never go back after using this product. -

I tried a few sachet samples of this product from Sephora. It worked beautifully on my skin! I have combination dry skin. It gets increasingly drier in the winter season, especially around my nose. This product was great for adding moisture to my skin in a short period of time. My skin absorbed it nicely. Did not cause irritation or break outs. I will definitely be looking into purchasing this product in the future to use on a longer term basis! -

A few people I know love and swear by their clothes, but I have a hard time finding anything apart from a few yoga pants and face masks (I will admit, their face masks are comfortable, cute, and super affordable!). I find their stuff to be pretty cheaply made, and really generic. Nothing really changes in that store in terms of trends. Service may be good, but if the merchandise isn’t all there, there really isn’t much point in shopping there. -

I bought this at my local dollarama. I picked it up along with a couple other flavours. It is super good. A little sweeter than the other three flavours that it retails with, but super great for when you have a sweet tooth. It has crunchy caramel/toffee pieces throughout the chocolate bar that are similar to skor. It’s pretty big, so great for when you want to split it up into 2 or 3 portions or share with someone else. Affordable too. Retails for only $2 at the dollar store. I definitely recommend giving it at try. -
