I was excited when I got the opportunity to try out the Pantene Pro-V Aqua Light system. I have extremely long hair (past my hips) and it is a real pain to do anything with. I don't want to have to get up two hours early to have time to wash, dry, blow dry and style my hair, so most days I wash and condition and then try and brush out the tangles while it is still wet and french braid it so it isn't in the way at work.
After using the shampoo and conditioner, I spritzed a bit of this through my hair and it worked really well at getting the tangles out. My hair was left feeling much softer and had less frizz than it normally would after leaving it to air dry. I would definitely buy again!

I recently received this product from Chick Advisor to try and I must say, I really like it! Normally I am strictly a body wash gal, because I love anything that saves me time, but the Dove bar lathered very easily and once the loofah was lathered I had enough soap to wash my entire body. The bar had a light, pleasant scent that wasn't overpowering like some of the other bar soaps out there. It left my skin feeling smooth and clean. I will definitely be buying this in the future!
I love Dove and everything it stands for. We need more companies that focus on how beautiful everyone is, not just those society tells us are beautiful.

I was very disappointed with these pads. I got a few samples and decided to try them out before paying the inflated cost for these pads versus the regular Always and am so glad I did! The absorbancy was excellent, no doubt about it, however, the absorbancy doesn't mean a thing if the adhesive isn't strong enough to keep it in place. The only time I've ever had such bad staining before was after my son was born.
I was constantly worried about leaking while wearing these pads, and that's never something a woman wants to worry about. So even though these are more comfortable and more absorbent, I will still be sticking to the regular Always pads. (Pun intended!)

Since we have a pool in our building, we have been taking the little one swimming at least once a week since he turned six months old. I got these diapers on sale at the end of summer, which is a great time to stock up on swim diapers. I've never had any problems, they are very absorbent and we've even hung them out to dry and reused them a few times if our son hasn't soiled them.
I haven't tried the Huggies Little Swimmers, so I can't compare the two, but I would highly recommend these to anyone with a baby who loves the water!

I got a coupon for a free pack of Huggies diapers from a friend, so I decided to try the new Huggies Overnights. I was so impressed with how dry they keep him. While I was using Pampers Baby Dry, I would still have to change my son in the middle of the night. With these I can leave them on my son all night long and not worry about diaper rash.
The diapers themselves are very soft to the touch and have cute Winnie the Pooh decals on them. These are the only diapers we use at night, although we do still use Pampers during the day as I find they are better at protecting my son when he's on the go climbing, cruising and crawling everywhere!

Because I used Pampers diapers exclusively for my sons first few months, I always bought Pampers wipes as well. I didn't really like them. They were kind of grainy feeling and so thin they kept ripping all the time. I got the Huggies Sensitive on sale at Shoppers Drug Mart for $2 with a coupon I got in the paper. I absolutely love them! I actually feel bad for using the Pampers on my son's sensitive skin for all those months!
They are very soft, have a pleasing, natural scent and I only need to use two for big messes. The Pampers I would often have to use three or four at a time. I not only use them for baby, I use them to take off my makeup at the end of the day. My skin always feels refreshed afterwards. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Stay away from Pampers, they just aren't worth the cost!

I only tried these overpriced diapers because I got a pack free with an offer from Huggies. The sizing was completely out of line with all of Huggies other products. They ran at least a size bigger, if not more. I did not find them easier to get on and off, in fact I found them harder. Because of the sizing issue, they tended to leak a lot more than the regular Huggies.
While I do like a lot of Huggies products, these were a huge fail, in my opinion!

I was originally on Team Huggies because I am a huge Winnie the Pooh fan. However, while we were at the hospital, they were using the Swaddlers brand diapers and I couldn't help but love them. As a new mom I was worried I wouldn't be able to tell when to change baby (as urine is often very light coloured the first few months) without having to feel for wetness, and the wetness indicator strip was a godsend! My husband could easily tell when baby was wet and was extra helpful with diaper changes. My only negative is that they only go up to a size 3 and I would have liked to keep using them until we were ready for potty training. -

We got this bouncer from a friend of the family and its been an absolutely lifesaver! Our son had a milk intolerance and for the first few months couldn't sleep on his back because of reflux. The bouncer is made of soft material, has colourful toys for baby to look at, has a music setting and a vibration setting. The music was not all that great, but the vibration was great at relaxing baby and getting him to sleep. It also had an auto shut off which is great for saving batteries! It also has a harness to strap baby in so that you don't have to worry about him falling out.
The only thing I disliked about it was that it was only good for up to 25 pounds. Our son was a big baby so we had to put it away after only a few months.
