This is supper fun to use. It sprays so nicely and it smells good! It also doesn't leave my hair all sticky like some other hair products. I have actually noticed a positive change from using it a couple of times this week, but am still undecided it I will buy it again. I'm not sure if it is this express conditioner or the other GLISS products I received, but running my hands through my hair has me pulling out clumps of hair. Maybe that;s the trick: get rid of all the damaged hair instead of repairing it :p
But I have a lot of thick hair, so I'm not worried enough that I will stop using it. So far I am satisfied.

Okay, so I'm not sure if it was just me or this bar. I was headed out to the gym early this morning, and my stomach was growling as I left the house, so I grabbed this bar to satisfy my hunger. I'm not sure if it was me or my empty stomach or these bars, but almost immediately after I felt sick. I almost didn't go to the gym (but glad I did!)
The flavor was okay. Not as good as the chocolate and peanut butter one, but one I wouldn't mind for a quick snack. Just make sure you check your teeth after: I had quite a few poppy seeds in my teeth after!
I guess I need to try it again sometime just to see if it was just a bad day for me. I will edit this post once I have tried another one. I just hope I don't feel sick again!
But on the plus side: less sugar means I can eat something else sugary during the day and not feel as guilty ;)

I LOVE this bar!
So I just finished this book called "I Quit Sugar" and it inspired me to reduce the amount of sugar in my diet. AND I have recently started going to the gym more, so I was in need of a protein bar that also has less sugar. And I can tell you, THIS IS THE ONE!!!
I actually picked up one of my other granola bars that I bought a while back to compare the sugar in these chocolate peanut butter bars with a chocolate granola bar around half the weight. The one I bought a while ago had 15g of protein!! And it weighed way less! You can see which one I would choose!
But it would be for nothing if it didn't taste good. These Powerbars taste fantastic! The texture takes some time to get used to, but this is a great snack to pop in your gym bag, or to fill you up between meals. I had this with a coffee frappuccino (I know, not such a great combo), and it didn't taste like I was overloading on sweets. Will definitely buy this again for a quick post workout snack when I am on the go.

I love this stuff! I wasn't sure how to first use it because this is the first time I have ever tried yogurt out of a pouch (say whaat?). So the first pour I got some water droplets along with my yogurt. But as soon as you begin pouring it is all good from there.
I used it to top my oatmeal, and it was delicious! And so creamy!
This product was almost made for me. Whenever I use yogurt in baking, I need to use another measuring cup so that I don't dirty the yogurt with my used (for another item in the recipe) measuring cup. This way, I can just pour directly into the measuring cup. Less dishes! That is a huge positive for me!

This yogurt was okay. I am always confused about what to do when there is something at the bottom of a tub of yogurt: do I swirl it all together when I open it, or take what I want in a bowl THEN swirl it together? I just swirled it together upon opening it.
The yogurt itself is fairly sweet and it's not smooth when you mix it together. It's lumpy: I'm not sure if it was just the one I bought or if they are all like that. I am not sure I would buy it again when there are other options out there.

I love loose leaf tea, and this one is a winner. I absolutely love the subtle vanilla flavour, and how smooth this tea is. It isn't overly strong, but as it is loose leaf, you can adjust the quantity of tea leaves according to how strong/weak you want it. I think that this would make excellent iced tea, so I will (try to) save some tea for the summer months. I have enjoyed it both in the morning as a wake me up, and at night after a long day. It has served its purpose equally well both times. This one is definitely a keeper!

I absolutely love tea. I am a tea fanatic: I have an entire cupboard at home dedicated to tea. Even though I have so much tea, I can always have more, am I right?
This tea is so good! Earl grey tea is usually my go-to caffeinated tea, but I usually get the bags of Twinnings when it comes to Earl grey. Having a loose leaf option now makes for an excellent addition in my pantry. This way, I can adjust the strength of my tea according to what I will be making: be it black tea or a tea latte. This also doesn't taste like the other earl grey teas that I'm used to. Most other Earl grey teas taste more fruity than this one. This has a lighter taste, with a slightly sweet aftertaste. Would highly recommend it! I haven't tried it, but I think this tea would make for a great iced tea!
