As someone who is always keeping an eye out for easy ways to help maintain my health, I was interested in trying the @aorhealth OrthoSil Wellness Supplements. I think “collagen” is a word that is brought to our attention more the older we get, and Silica is an important element that helps to rebuild/repair collagen fibres. Knowing that these support keratin, elastin, bones and cartilage for structural integrity and movement makes it even more important to give them a bit of support.
In turn, this has clear benefits on skin, hair and nail health due to general bone mineralization. While it is encouraged to speak to a doctor or pharmacist on a case-by-case basis, these supplements may help a person’s brittle nails and hair loss, offer bone health support, scars and wound healing, and more.
I look forward to seeing even more results with prolonged use, but my hair and nail health seem to have improved in terms of their strength even after a short time. Rather than wearing strengthening nail polish, I’ve been able to let my nails breathe for longer amounts of time without worrying about breakage! They feel stronger and I’m quite pleased. I’m also noticing fewer hairs in my tub after I shower. (Which makes me ecstatic; I know it’s normal to lose hair but each individual knows when their hair loss surpasses their “normal” range).
Overall, I feel great about the results and plan on incorporating such supplements into my routine long-term. Thanks is given to @thisisbutterly for allowing me to try these for free so I could discover a new product!

Since I've begun routinely walking outdoors for exercise, I'm always looking for ways to improve the experience to ensure optimal health and safety. Part of this, is preventing sunburns throughout the Summer months.
I really enjoy using this Blue Lizard Mineral Sensitive Sunscreen Stick because 1- it works and 2- I can easily stick it in my pocket. I put it on before I leave and if I need a touch-up during my walk to ensure I haven't sweat anything off, it's not a hassle to carry with me and use.
I'm happy that it's SPF 50 and provides broad-spectrum UVA/UVB sun protection because my fair skin tends to burn quite quickly (I've had bad experiences, trust me).
I also love that it's great for all skin types, reef-friendly with no Oxybenxone and no Octinoxate. On top of this, it dries clear so I don't have a white cast left on my face. Overall, I'm really happy with this product and I'm glad I have it for Summer 2025.

However, I tend to have a really sensitive stomach when it comes to medications/supplements/vitamins etc. I had no issues after taking these, even after having to take them on an empty stomach a couple of times (mornings are a rush). There is no noticeable taste to them, and overall the ease of taking them is great. While I can't recommend anything to anyone in a medical sense, I would definitely at least check with your physician if it's a possible addition to your health routine. (Unless you're pregnant or breastfeeding, of course!) -

As soon as I poured this litter into my cat's litter box, I saw the difference. Usually, I notice a cloud of dust coming up when the litter is poured in, no matter how slowly I add it. With this Arm and Hammer Hardball Cat Litter, there was no dust, and it was easy to pour in. It didn't smell perfumey which is an added bonus. I would always rather have the focus placed on the litter working while being safe for the pet. Being odor-reducing and not having a ton of scents added to it to TRY to cover up the smells is definitely a bonus.
It's lightweight compared to other brands I've tried and the clumps don't disintegrate and make a mess as you clean it. Overall, I really, REALLY, enjoy using it so far. I think Scout concurs.

It’s difficult to find serums that don’t feel either too greasy, or that refuse to absorb well into the skin. This Lancôme Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum for eyes absorbs quickly and actually feels good once you apply it.
The packaging makes you feel like you just spent hundreds of dollars on face care but without the price tag included.
The scent isn’t overwhelming like many other products and I was pleasantly surprised to see an improvement in the texture surround my eyes/under eyes. I look forward to seeing what long-term use will do. It’s definitely becoming a part of my usual routine.

I'm quite sure that this is my first experience with ANY Gel Moisturizer and I'll admit, I love it! Before trying the Aveeno Calm and Restore Lightweight Gel Moisturizer, I was quite attached to my usual, thicker, body lotion. However, as soon as I tried this product for the first time, I felt a difference; I was excited to keep using it.
It doesn't feel so thick that it's clogging your pores and it seems to be absorbed by your skin nearly instantly. It feels so nice as you apply it so I was curious as to how long my skin would have that quenched feeling. I had applied it after my nighttime shower, and I woke up the next morning to my skin feeling soft and hydrated. This feeling lasted until my next shower, so the claim of offering 48 hour hydration is true!
The fact that they have a fragrance-free option is always a bonus for me, as I sometimes have bad reactions to products with strong scents. I usually don't like sounding too "enthusiastic" in my reviews but I really enjoy using this product. I look forward to continue using it, especially with the Summer weather approaching when lightweight products are even more beneficial.

With the colder weather on its way, I'm already feeling that "chill" in my bones. I get sick nearly every Winter, no matter what I do to stay healthy. This year, on top of every other healthy lifestyle change I make at this time of year, I'm using Sambucol Powdered Drink Immunity Cold & Flu Relief + Vitamin C. Doesn't that just SOUND like everything you need?
Simply mix the powder with some water, and enjoy! Usually, I'm apprehensive about how powders taste in water. After taking one sip of this, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor; it's almost like you're drinking a melted popsicle. (Even the pickiest eater/drinker wouldn't mind drinking this).
With the outdoor activities I plan to do this winter, I'm helping my immunity system as much as possible. I'm actually looking forward to drinking this to help me along.

While I don't suffer from terrible acne, I do tend to get hormonal breakouts every now and then. Let's face it, ANY kind of breakout isn't fun. I was excited to try these, and while they did help to remove the bacteria, I think it was due to having a skincare routine that really did the trick. These aren't miracle workers, but I would recommend that everyone tries them. Everyone's skin is different and you never know if these will do the trick for you! -
