It’s pricey, but a bottle last a long time — I’ve been using the same tube for almost 6 months because you need less than a pea-sized amount to wash your face. Be sure to moisturize afterwards as you would with any pore minimizer to avoid breakouts! -

I have very very fair skin and nearly black hair, so normally I can’t leave the house in the morning without quite a bit of blush and bronzer just so I don’t look like a corpse. At the same time, it’s very hard to be subtle with blush when your natural complication is “skimmed milk”. This blush/highlight, swept across the apples of my cheeks cheekbones and buffed up isn’t my temples gives me a lovely subtle glow without much trouble. Strongly recommend. -

I love this cleanser, and having gone a few months without it now can say that it makes a huge difference to my complexion. I have combination oily-skin that is really prone to redness and sensitivity, and so having a cleanser that combats excess oil and blemishes but still leaves my skin bright and supple is miraculous.
I only use a tiny bit at a time, and so although the initial price seems quite high one tub of Herbalism lasts me easily three times as long as a comparably sized liquid or cream cleanser.

Although the price is a little steep, a little goes a long way -- I have short, thick hair with 3C curls, and I am just now finishing the container of it I purchased in December and have been using a my primary shampoo ever since.
It really does do an amazing job hydrating and defining curls and combating frizz. It also smells great!
My only warning is that although it does lather up eventually, I found that the best way to get a good lather is by breaking off a small piece and mixing it with water in my hands, similarly to how I use Lush face washes.

I purchased this hoping for a gentler, more repairing toner as was promised by the bottle. Instead, the toner has a very heavy alcohol scent and is quite harsh and drying. I have quite sensitive oily-combination skin, and the toner had the effect of causing redness in sensitive areas and being over-drying throughout. -
