This works so much better than heating up in the microwave like I used to do. It helps keep the wax a constant and consistent temperature. It's easy to use, but you have to be patient and wait for the wax to thicken back up a bit after it melts.

Parissa Hot Wax Refill Pods
I used this for my eyebrows, my face and legs. This works perfectly, it melts quickly and grips onto all of the hairs and removes them quickly. It didn't damage my skin or leave any residue behind.
