I love yoga and pilates, this combines both with a cardio aspect. its low impact so almost everyone and anyone can do it. its shows different modifiers from beginner to advanced. lots of people who love cardio dont think this will be a good workout... +
I love yoga and pilates, this combines both with a cardio aspect. its low impact so almost everyone and anyone can do it. its shows different modifiers from beginner to advanced. lots of people who love cardio dont think this will be a good workout, but it is. you will work a sweat. yet it can still be easy enough for early beginners. so lots of versatility. even people who dont like yoga, love it. it does take a bit to get use to the terminology and the moves. but after a few times on each workout, it gets easier to understand. it definitely helped me build my upper body and with only using your own body weight. -

I bought it for myself, but due to some health complications of mine, theres way too much cardio for it to be possible for me to complete. that being said... it's still a great program. you for sure get your sweat on and can meet some amazing people in the beachbody community. i was able to complete most of the fist phase, using modifiers though. the first two pahses can be shown with mods. third stage is just straight up, but usually comes seperate from the base program. shaun t gets in some banther with his group and gets it more entertaining. though hes not my favourite trainer of beachbody. -

If you have ever tried out the original of this particular program, you need to try this one! it's definitely more extreme. the premise is essentially the same, but with even more dialed in nutirtion. no cheats, less fats, routines and harder workouts. workouts are at least still able to be modified which is awesome. workouts definitely use more weights this round, and in 30 minutes you definitely have a full sweat on. workout dvds used to be so lame, but these actually arent too bad and kind of entertaining really. if you have the drive, i definitely recommend it. meal plan is great to use with other programs too. -

this was the only beachbody i have ever been able to complete. i have many health issues which restricts my ability to do cardio and harder workouts. i did this originally when it was first released. i love autumn calabrese so much, she doesnt seem as fake as other trainers in the spotlight. the workouts are only 30 minutes and you definitely get a sweat on. they are easily modified for what level you are at, which is very encouraging. shows you the modifiers and gives you suggestions on hiw to make easier or more difficult. beachbody is also a whole fitness community which works well. the containers are a must and lets you learn proper portion sizes for your body etc. they containers look deceiving at first. they are quite "small". but when youre filling them a few times a day, you actually have a ton of food to eat. eat the right food, you'll need less food too. lol allows you to learn the right sizes so its a life long knowledge.super easy to follow mostly. doing it vegan, can be lots harder though. but fully recommended! -
i love these! they remind me of sunflower seeds, which i love. they can be quite pricey up here unfortunately, but they have so many great benefits and are really easy to throw into anything. salads and baking are a few of my favourites for them... +

love using this coconut water in my smoothies, its a great way to get in natural electrolytes instead of gatoraid. works well in any smoothies. i use when i'm in a flare up (gastro-paresis) to help keep me naturally hydrated when i cant do it myself... +
