I use this stuff all the time to remove my gel polish. It works really well added to a cotton pad with some foil. It’s cost effective too. I would recommend.

Nature's Bounty Hair, Skin & Nails Gummies
I have been using these gummies for a few months now, I do notice my nails are growing quicker. As for my hair I am not quite sure really, haven’t noticed a lot whole lot of change in my skin either. They do taste good though. (:

I like this brand of polish, I usually use regular nail enamel for my toes, which lasts a long time and it spreads nicely, hasn’t gone clumpy on me yet. I recommend for a high quality polish brand.

The consistency of the polish isn’t thick and hard to work with like some of the other brands. You just have to be sure it doesn’t get on your skin or cuticle or it will lift. If done properly it will stay on for 2-3 weeks. Soak off is the same... +
